All you have to do is mix 3-parts raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with just 1-part olive oil or coconut oil. Now use the mixture to massage it on your hips and thighs for 10-minutes and leave it there for 30-minutes. Rinse if off with clean water afterwards and make sure you do this twice a day.
